Why am I redirected to this page after the click "download this product" link from my DCKShop's account or my email?

License transfer instruction
Once your payment is completed, we will transfer the license to you under your details you have on file with us. If you want to transfer the license to the different information, then you have to send us an email at admin@dckshop.com immediately with this information:
- Domain URL (If applicable)
- Full name
- Full Address
- Country
- Telephone number
- Valid and working Email address
What type of IP.Board license do we sell?
We only sell used IP.Board owned license, both expired or active.
How can we transfer Invision Power Board license to you and is that legal?
Under Invision Power Board License Agreement of Invision Power Services, Inc; there is no license transfer policy. But it is clearly legal and they do allow license owner to sell the license. We will give you username & password to access the customer account and you can change all the information you want to your own information.
How long does it takes for us to transfer the license to you after your order has been approved?
Once your order has been approved, we will send you an email with details within 24 hours.
Do we have refund policy and how does it work?
Yes, we do. You can request for the refund anytime after you complete your order and we will refund you immediately. But once the license is sent to you, we will not accept the refund request.
Why is my payment refunded?
There are several reasons why your payment is not approved and we refund it immediately:
1. Our license is out of stock
2. The IPB seller we found decides not to transfer it to you
3. You are from Vietnam, Africa, Ghana, Lithuania, Russia, Nigeria, Romania, Yugoslavia. We dont allow people from these locations to purchase our product via credit card related funding source like AlertPay, Paypal, 2CheckOut ... etc due to high risk of credit card fraud. People from these locations must pay us via Liberty Reserve (http://www.libertyreserve.com).
My payment is refunded because I live in high risk location of credit card fraud but I dont have Liberty Reserve?
You should contact us at admin@dckshop.com. We will provide our bank account details for you to make payment. Swift Network & ACH bank transfer are accepted.
What should I do if I never receive the license I bought? How can I contact the license seller to solve it out?
DCKShop is the marketplace but we don't reveal seller's identity. And If you don't get the license, we will refund the money. We keep your money safe.
I have heard that the seller can chargeback license sometimes after the transfer is complete and my license will be Void? That is scam and what should I do?
Dealing with DCKShop is risk free and if ever that case happens, we will refund you the money if it happens within 1 week from your date of purchase. After 1 week period from your date of purchase, we will only provide another license for you as the replacement. We will take the loss.
